In
response to numerous requests from member hospitals, PHAQ
commissioned Deacons to develop a generic template of By-Laws
and Professional Guidelines for Medical Practitioners and
Allied Health Professionals. Whilst these By-Laws make specific
reference to Queensland legislation, it is considered that
minimal customisation would be required for use in other States
and Territories. As a service to the private hospital industry,
PHAQ is now offering this template at low cost to non-PHAQ
members.
