Help with Files
If you are having trouble opening any of the files available for download on this website, please see below:

Adobe PDF files
To view a file ending in .pdf just click on it. To download the file to your local computer, right-click and choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As...". Can't view the document? You may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Powerpoint presentations
Powerpoint files end in .ppt. Download or view online as described above. If you do not have Microsoft Powerpoint installed on your computer, you will need to download the free Powerpoint Viewer.

Word documents
Files ending in .doc or .docx are word processor files, most commonly created in Microsoft Word. To download the file to your local computer, right-click and choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As...". Can't view the document? You may need to download the free Word Viewer.

ZIP files
A ZIP file is a like a container that can hold from one to many files of various types, all compressed together to reduce their size. You must download a ZIP file to your local computer. Once stored locally, your computer may be able to open the container to access the files. If it can't, you'll will need to install a program such as 7Zip. If you do not know how to handle ZIP files please call on your IT support person.
