Enterprise Agreement Negotiations

As required, PHAQ provides limited subsidised assistance to members who require access to an external provider for advice with their enterprise agreement negotiations.

Workshops & Seminars

Periodic workshops and seminars on a range of IR related topics are conducted both for management and payroll staff.


PHAQ regularly surveys its members regarding current pay and conditions and provides periodic updates to participating hospitals on prevailing rates and benefits.

4 Year Review of Modern Awards

PHAQ currently has a lead role in preparing submissions on behalf of the private hospital sector nationally in relation to the 4 Year Review of Modern Awards.

Members may access copies of submissions lodged with the Fair Work Commission from the members area of the website.
